Weather disappeared on lock screen J7

Recently got a J7, which is actually my first smart phone. I like it but all of a sudden the weather has disappeared from my lock screen. I have found where to turn it on; Settings -> Lock screen and security -> Show information, but when I actually set this, it says "To view weather information on the lock screen, add the Samsung Weather widget to the home screen". Unfortunately I cannot find that widget anywhere, since it is not listed in the app list. I can find the settings for the app in the application manager, but not the app itself.

Does anybody know how to get the weather back on my lock screen? Many thanks in advance!

Hi.
It may differ. I don't use the English version on my J7.
Please try: go to settings -> lock screen & security -> show info -> weather -> use current local
Note that you must be on line in order to search and enable the city info (for the setup at least).
It worked fine here. There's no widget to add.

I no longer have the device. Please: 1- check if you have the most recent Android version, 2- If you have any other option on that menu that leads you to weather info 3- try to contact user above that replied my message.
