Weather Icon- Please Help

my weather Icon is gone and no matter what I do it wont come back, its already check off in the google now section, can some give me a hand please.

That usually means it can't determine your location. Make sure location is on and high accurate.

Also it helps me to open the Google app and then tap weather which usually refreshes the weather for me on the home screen.

It's funny because I can't make mine go away. Google should really add an on/off button for the weather. Even if you don't have location on they can let you manually add a city/zip code. I dislike the home screen weather because it's inaccurate. Sometimes it's pitch black and they show a sunny logo.
