Weather Issues?

I recall having similar issues with my original EVO. When I first turn on my phone, the weather widget displays the forecast of partly sunny with thunderstorms. Granted, I live in Tampa, but that's not always the weather. I've adjusted the settings, but it always reverts to that forecast. Upon refreshing, it's fine. Is this the norm for others? Thanks so much!
