Weather widget problem

My weather widget does not update all the time and even when I try to manually update it won't work. I have tried everything even doing a complete reset but it still does not work. Anyone else had this problem.

Have you tried any other apps and experienced any similar issues? I know that I have certain widgets that live update without issue, but the app I use for monitoring Pens games doesn't auto update, or even manually update when I want it to, lol.

That's the only one I've been having problems with its been doing it since I updated the weather app but I've even deleted the update and it's still acting up. It works fine on WiFi it's just when using mobile Internet. It will update now but takes a long time to do it.

My boyfriend has the same exact problem. Still trying to figure it out.

Mine will work fine as long as I'm on WiFi but using Sprint data it will refresh but I could be hours before it does it or it don't refresh until I get back to a WiFi connection.
