My phone was having issues so I disabled a buch of apps, now am missing my naitive weather widget how do I get it back ?

long-press a blank part of the homescreen. Widgets. Look for thew one you want. Drag it to the homescreen.

That was the issue it wasn't there.

I had to reinstall the weather app.
