Web browser issues

I just got this Samsung hand me down from my brother. I am liking it but I find the Web browser to not be working properly. It has things cut off and I can't even zoom out to see anything. Also nothing resizes itself when I zoom in. Is this normal on the samsung and will it be this way on the new note 4 or note edge? My previous phone was an HTC One and I didn't experience these issues with the browser be it chrome or stock which were the only 2 I ever used.

Go into settings and reset them. People will change it to their preference and leave it that way, Next Browser is great if your interested in trying something different.

Not working and this is how it looks. I can't zoom out either. I enabled the zoom over ride too.
