Web page not available! PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys, so I have the Samsung Note 10.1, ICS 4.0.4.
When web browsing if I click a link it will come up with Web page not available....
I have to refresh several times for it to load. My internet works great with PC, SGS2, and SGS3 (30mb speed)
Anyone else having same problem? This is really annoying especially if making a payment!

I had this problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7. I tried downloading Opera Mobile, and the pages have loaded every time ... so far.
