Webcam to Galaxy S4?

Hi guys, I am wondering if I can connect a web cam to my Galaxy S4? I want to use it for Skype and other web video chat apps and would be cool if I didn't have to use the S4's built in front camera all the time.

I saw videos of a galaxy s4 used as a display for a webcam on youtube. Not sure if that means a webcam can be used in skype/similar apps..
