This is the Korean Bi Bim Bap, 비빔밥.
Bibimbap is a signature Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul and gochujang, soy sauce, or doenjang. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat are common additions.

My wife kept talking about Norman Love, this chocolate maker she'd seen on the Food Network who has a "Salon" (fancy word for a store apparently) near us. I figured it was just an overpriced candy store, but we went anyway. Overpriced? Definitely. But still some pretty impressive work all done in chocolate.
