Weird battery problem after last update

I have waited a few weeks to post this, was hoping the problem would correct itself.
When on the charger, the battery level stops at 96% or 97%, If I then unplug it and plug it back in it shows 100%
This all started after the last update. Been thinking of doing a factory reset, but don't see a reason for doing that.
