Weird battery reading

Mine started doing that recently. I just woke up but i took the phone off the charger 4 hours ago and its at 88%. I have to figure out what is causing this. Their have been a lot of app updates this week. I hope something didnt break.

yes i do have an alarm set. but that wouldn't keep the phone awake for that long

i checked what apps i have. facebook's service was running. i uninstalled it to see if that helps

Facebook I think uses up a lot of battery. After a factory reset that I did last week, I didn't reinstall fb. Even with Google+ running, my battery life has increased significantly.

Don't have fb installed, g+ is disabled.

Also, it's interesting that it shows four brief, partial charging cycles. Did that actually happen?

So, it looks like you were responding to the precipitous initial drop from about 90% to 60% with a reboot, and another after seeing no improvement, and trying to keep it alive with the short charge cycles, then monitoring discharge rates afterward.

That rapid discharge in the beginning looks pretty scary to me.
