Overall, very happy with the the camera since the update... seems better, especially low light shots.
I did have my first issue with it today, but not sure if its the camera or my Bank of America app. When I first got the Maxx, I was surprised that I didn't get a Freeze-frame image of the checks I deposited. Its like the camera stayed live, even after the shot was taken. But it worked a LOT better than my Bionic, so I didn't care.
After the update, I saw the saved picture appeared again, so I though the camera update fixed that problem, and the images looked GREAT But whats happening now is the the image of the checks appear outside the window in the app after the shots are taken, even though the check is clearly inside the guidelines when I take the shot. I get a message form the app saying the check was not inside the guidelines. I have to take the picture from lot further away and guess as to its position in order to get the app to accept it. THEN it says it can't read the check or lighting is too low, even though the picture looks great.
I now have to take the shots from a large distance under very bright light to get the pics to work. It is now actually works a lot worse than the Bionic did, and that is saying something.
Anyone else having this issue with the BOA app?
