That usually means no mobile service. Is that your case?

I had the same thing, said I had LTE+ but no bars. Tried airplane mode on and off. Mobile data off then on. Neither worked had to reboot.

I agree usually no service , who's your carrier?

You may want to re-seat your SIM card too. This has not been an issue recently in devices, but worth a shot.
