Weird issue when double tapping home button

Today I disabled s-voice since I never use it anyway. But when double tapping the home button to check, it showed me Google voice dialing or something. A few minutes later it's gone and doesn't do anything when double tapping the home button. See picture below:

You can disable the actual double tap shortcut so its faster returning to home screen.

I dont talk to NOW much other than simple math(s) questions but when im out travelling somewhere or put an appointment in my calander including the address, it really comes into its own and astonishes me
Still doesnt do scottish football though!!!!
Where do i make a serious complaint? Small english teams work fine.....
