Weird issue

I have a major issue with my note 3. Anytime I reboot I get a bunch of apps that need updating. They are the same 64 apps over and over. When I update them it seems like it keeps all the old copies too. It fills my phone up until they can no longer update due to lack of space. I've tried factory reset, wiping cache, deleting and reinstalling apps. I don't know what to do. Any ideas? Where does the phone store all these copies of apps? I can't find them anywhere.

Is it updating from Google Play Store or the Galaxy App Store?
