Weird lines on my Moto G?

Hello. This isn't a big deal, because I can't see them when I use the phone and can only see the lines at a certain angle. I thought it might be because it was in my purse without a case on it so maybe some grease got on it (I don't think they're pixel lines?) We were putting on a screen protector today, so we cleaned it off, and they still stayed. I should also mention, I don't have a case with the top part of the phone covered, so it's not caused by a case. It also doesn't seem to come off when you wash the screen. I've attached a picture because it was easier to see in a dark setting. I should also mention, it's not just my Moto G, my mom has the same phone and they're on hers too. I don't see these lines on any other of my devices... what is this and is it fixable? Again, it's not a bit deal because it's barely visible, just curious and wonder if anyone else has this problem. Thanks in advance.

Don't freak out! That's normal. My Moto g3 screen has it too. My Moto g 1st has it too. Don't worry about it as that's not a problem. I can't exactly answer what the lines are but I'm sure that's the screen material and it's hard to notice it.

Oh, so it's a thing on all Moto G phones? Thanks for letting me know. :) I was thinking it was just a defect on mine, like maybe my purse caused it or something but when I saw it on my mom's too I was like wait... xD

Nah, if my screen is the same as yours, I'm sure it is the material of the screen. So no worries. Like I said, I can't tell you exactly what it is but it has to do with the screen material. It can only be seen mostly in sunlight when the screen is off.
