Weird lockscreen on Galaxy S4

Hi, just wondering has anybody else had this problem with the weird combinations of letters and numbers on their lockscreen? Tried rebooting doesn't fix it. Any ideas of how to solve it?

It seems to be in safe mode. Trie KIES (use Emergency recovery option).
