Weird Network/Airplane Mode Issue

A couple of times now, when I'm out and about I lose my cellular data connection. It just stops working. In the past on other devices when this has happened a reboot will usually fix it. But on my Atrix 2, when I reboot the phone comes one with Airplane Mode enabled (please note that I did not turn on Airplane mode). If I try to turn Airplane Mode off, it will just sit and say "Enabling wireless connections" but never actually turn them on. I have to actually do a battery pull to fix this problem. The first time it happened I went and got a new SIM card (as mine was pretty old), and it just happened to me again this afternoon.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?

Just to reiterate, I did not turn on Airplane Mode, the phone powers on with it enabled and then won't actually turn off Airplane Mode when I tell it to.

it has happened to me countless times and I have exchanged the device 2 times now and now I am 4 days past my exchange period and I'm pretty pissed it is happening again alone with all the other problem's I am having. So good luck.
