Weird Note 3 problem lol

Do any of you have what I will call phantom headphones disconnected message when you restart your phone?I have no headphones connected and my note 3 says headphones disconnected.

omg i been having this error for more than a year and never found a fix... it dissapears only by factory restore and install apps from backup but appears like every 20-30 days... have u found a fix for it?
