Weird phenomenon with battery: charges more if on phone!

I've charged my phone tons of times since I put on ICS and it's never gone over 95% no matter what I do. But I found recently that if I'm talking on the phone (and it started at about 80%) while it's plugged in, it'll actually charge to 99%! (NOT the speaker phone, but regular phone where the screen turns off since it's against my face)

Has anyone else noticed this?

No.

But really the battery icon percentage is know to be less than accurate, so I would not worry about it.

I was watching a hulu plus movie and i got it to 99 percent it was weird mine fluctuates between 89 and 94 normally with ics but it was weird also if i charge it on the car charger it will go to 100% hey that is not bad compared to my brother nexus which only charges to 34% and it says its charged i really dont like this battery bug also the charger bug too i can only use the samsung charger and for some reason the car charger which is an off brand i bought from the gas station
