Weird phone call bug

I have the International H815 model and today I kept encountering this weird phone call issue where while placing a call it would finish dialing and then the call timer would start like it had connected, but I wouldn't be able to hear anything. I was trying to call an 800 number at the time, so maybe that's related, but either way it was very frustrating.

Has anyone else had any issues like that?

Did hanging up and calling back fix it?

Not at first. I tried it a few times and it didn't fix it. I called my wife and that call went through, and then I tried the number again and it finally worked.
