Weird Pictures Appeared in my Gallery...?

[AC Question]

I went into my phone's picture gallery and found a weird, creepy looking picture of some guy's face in a folder on its own. As well as this, a picture I had previously deleted (at least a few weeks ago) reappeared in my pictures. I freaked out and deleted them both as soon as I saw them so I can't remember what the folders were, but I'm positive the picture of the guy's face wasn't in Downloads...

I'm all about worst case scenarios and I'm really concerned that someone's hacked my phone. Please help!

It could be related to an App. Have you downloaded anything new?

I will suggest you to change all the passwords... And review the list of apps that are installed on your device, remove apps you don't use.
