weird screen glitch on Galaxy S5

I keep having this glitch every once in a while where it almost appears to change to a different mode. I've tried looking online but just can't find any reason for it. If it's something simple i apologise but i just want it to stop because it's annoying when it happens i have attached a screen shot of it .

Try settings > sound and display > display > auto adjust screen tone

That is One Handed Mode, it happens when you swipe from the side of the screen inwards and back out.

You can disable it in settings if you want.
