Weird T-Mobile Connection Issue.

So I've done a hard reset...and continue to get these messages popping up. Any advice? I'm thinking I'm going to have to have t-mobile look at my account to make sure I'm provisioned properly.

I did lose connectivity on the freeway for about 60 miles, where I've always had 4G LTE full bars on my previous phone. (And my family had connections where I did not...)

The messages are:

'Data service is blocked. Voice service is blocked.'

My account is in good standing, etc...and my previous phone, on the same day, and prior never had issues.

Could be a T-Mobile provisioning or other setting issue. I had something similar happen. I kept getting calls that would immediately go to voicemail. I would see or hear it ring 1 time then it would stop, the person calling would then get my voice mail. I called T-Mobile and they told me it was a setting on my account that had accidentally been turned on, and that they now turned off, and of course now everything is fine. So yes I encourage you to call them. :)
 
Yep, jumped through the provisioning, preferred network, reset network connections, etc. No dice, I can be sitting and have 4 bars LTE and not be able to access the internet, then it drops all bars, searches, searches, searches and comes back with 1 bar of 2G...goes the HPSA, then searches, etc...I'll have 4 bars LTE again.

Shame, I really like the phone too, but I'm in my 14 day window and it needs to go back sadly.
