Got to work and phone was working fine. Put it away in my pocket for a bit then when I tried to use it again, there was nothing. Just a black screen. Went to ATT next door to work and they said it was dead and I would have to call in for a replacement. Went to another ATT on the way home and the guy somehow got it to turn on. The whole time it was dead, the battery drained and this is what the battery usage looked like. Anyone have any idea what might have happened? Phone is running perfect right now lol.

Most likely a memory leak that somehow borked the OS. If the system goes haywire, it may not turn on because the display services, the OS itself, and everything else is non-responsive. Therefore, while it's still using battery (remember, your phone is still on, doing SOMETHING), it's not logging it because the OS has become unresponsive. When the rep got it to turn on (probably by holding the Home Button and Power button down for a few seconds, which -hard resets- the phone), your battery level is read but the system doesn't know what happened during that 'blackout'.

That's very strange...keep us posted if you figure it out

Mine has done this a couple of times. After a few minutes I just press power and home and it reboots. I agree though this shouldn't be happening to a supposed "top of the line device".
