Well...3 verizon stores and not one has the V30.

Not sure why im surprised. Even called last night when the salesgirl told me..."oh yeah, they should be going out tonight no doubt".

Looks like its online ordering for me. And for the record, could not even find one ad or marketing piece for the V30. And all three stores were the corporate Verizon stores

Where are you located? I was kind of afraid of this, as VZW is notorious for slow playing some releases. I remember when I got my Droid Turbo, my local stores (2 of them) didn't get it in until the following week.

Hoping my store will at least have a display unit to mess around with today.

That is terrible and unfortunate. Maybe they're waiting for the actual launch day maybe? I'm going by T-Mobile today to see if they have one so I can do a hands on. I am thinking about keeping the V20 but nothing beats your own hands on experience. The size and weight may just win me over besides all the new camera goodies.

Im located Northeast (Scranton) PA. I tried all 3 corporate stores in the area (Viewmont Mall, Steamtown Mall, and Dickson City) with no luck. It doesn't seem like this phone got a really good push because at the Dickson City location the sales girl overheard me talking to the other rep and said oh you must be the guy who called last night... So I guess I can't assume their phone is ringing off the hook with people asking for it.

Have searched the store availability from the website? Every store near me shows in stock with same day pickup.

That's a bummer, I just called my local store in North Carolina and they have them in stock. No demo units to play with though.

I went to the Wilkes-Barre Corp. store and they have them.

I just ordered one for in-store pick up. Hoping to be able to get it today. Kinda dumb to get a 30 day return policy you have to order online, and only get a 15 day policy in-store.

My VZW store in Marietta, GA had it on display and I was told they received 'plenty' to sell (as I told them I may come back tonight or this weekend).

Yea I sometimes hate Verizon. Online it says this store has some in stock but I get here and he rep looks at me like I’m an ***** and has no idea.

I was at a VZ corporate store in Pittsburgh this afternoon. They have the phone on display with all of the other LG's. Other new phones usually get a spot at the front of the store. They have no cases or screen protectors for the phone available at this time. Otterbox's site shows their models as coming soon. No wonder VZ has nothing. This seems like poor coordination between LG and the 3rd party suppliers for the release of the phone.
I just ordered a Spigen case online. When I get the case, then I will get the phone. Not going to use it naked and break the thing. Wish the back was plastic like the G4. I don't care about premium feel, just want something that won't shatter when I drop it.

I got mine today. Wasn't on display but the my verizon app gave me the option to pick up in store and i called just to make sure. They said they got them in about 2 days ago

I just went to one of my T-Mobile stores and there are no ads or anything about the V30 in there. The latest model they have available is the G6. I asked the rep and he said they may not get one until later October or November even though it's supposed to be available in stores on October 13. Good luck LG.
