Went to do pre order and place order button greyed out!

Is anyone else getting this when they go to "place order" the buttom is greyed out and it won't let you place the order? I used the pre order link Samsung sent us.

I used the same link and didn't have any issues. Maybe the options you wanted sold out before you completed the order?

Did you guys do the reservation a few weeks ago at samsung.com? You need to reserve to get $50 credit. Thrn when they email you the pre-order link, you get an extra $150 for ultra and $100 for note 20.
