I downloaded Gingerbread last week via OTA and it's worked great! Retained all of my data and programs. I've heard that if you download it from HTC site, you will lose everything, so you must backup first. Then restore. I've had no problem on my Inspire with gingerbread.

I keep getting a force close on the Picasa app. Anyone else? Also the sync icon seems to be on the notification bar all the time.
