Welcome to Android Central! Official updates are up to Samsung to develop and distribute over the air. So far, there is no word of when or if it will arrive, but considering that the Tab S is essentially Samsung's flagship tablet now, I would guess that they will either get 4.4.4 eventually, or just skip over it and go straight to Android L when it comes out.
