What and why are apps just magically appearing

I have disabled auto download and updating from Play store and Samsung. Yet this AM I wake up and yet again there's another app pushed to my device called Alto.

I don't need another email type app. Why is this happening randomly? Yesterday it was games and I don't play games. I'm getting really pissed off about this.

Hello! It sounds like DTIgnite. Go to applications>applications manager>3 dot menu>show system apps. Scroll down and disable DTIgnite. Reboot. They have hidden it pretty well this time.

You should be able to uninstall the app too
