I have been with Apple for more than 7 years until now I have decided to break my bond with Apple.

Before I go into detail, I am deaf and a business owner. Meaning I have stored and share almost entirely information with my friends, family, doctors, accountant, lawyers, and etc on and through my device. Also, a longer battery would be a bonus since my relay service app take a lot of battery.

Now, I am looking for android device that have a strong security feature in it, and of course, need a good performance for my relay service purpose.

I was told that there are two tops device that would fit my need. One is Pixel 2 XL or Note 8. I, also, was told that I am better off with blackberry, but with the performance chip with all the blackberry devices have, they are not the top specs, meaning I could have problem with my relay service app.

So, I am open to any recommended before I get my first android device this Friday. Thank you in advanced.

Man, this gonna be tough a choice for me.
Samsung Note 8: I like the idea of adding SD card into it and encrypted it. Also, it is a shiny, beautiful device and almost filled the whole front device with screen. Along with a pen.
As for Pixel XL, I like when it'll receive the first and fast update the security patch and no bloatware. But, it's suck that I cannot add SD into it and the higher memory I can get is 128 GB.

Look like I will need to think this through while I am trying to sleep and see how I will feel tomorrow. Either way, thanks for making time to help me out on which device I should get. Thank you!
