What app/setting is this?

I was over zealous installing apps and playing with settings when I first got my watch and now there is one I would like to remove/disable but not sure where it is coming from. It has a square shortcut on the active watch face that I can move around and then open a menu of apps to launch. I have included screenshots of the shortcut and menu it opens.

Would love to know how to get rid of it as I keep accidentally clicking it and don't use it.

Welcome to the forums. I haven't seen anything like that before. You could do a reset. Watch resets are a lot less painful than phone resets.
