What apps add the most to startup time? What can be removed?

I was thinking about this recently, as I was using the Android Optimizer app to look at my startup items and startup time. When I uninstalled Open Signal Maps (just because I didn't need it, not because there was anything wrong with it), my startup time dramatically decreased by several minutes.

What apps have you found add an extraordinary amount of time to your startup? Are there any apps from the list below (my current list) that don't necessarily need to run at startup?

Where's My Droid
Amazon Appstore
Android Market
AdFree
K9 Mail
Handcent
Lookout
BookmarkSB
ReadItLater
Imo Beta
IncrediControl
Titanium Backup
Juice Plotter
NewsRob
Free App Of The Day Notifier
SD Speed Increase
Astrid Tasks
Dialer One
Tasker
Friendcaster
3G Watchdog
ADW Notifier
Script Manager

Personally - I've never noticed any specific app I've loaded add significantly to startup time, but with that being said it would make sense that apps that require location awareness might take longer to start up then other apps. Apps like Where's my Droid and Lookout have location features that might contribute to startup. Others may have other ideas.

Perhaps I should get rid of Juice Plotter, since it's currently predicting (with 100% accuracy) that I have 181 hours and 45 minutes of battery life left. :)

Optimize Toolbox works great, but the app is in Japanese only. I'm trying out Android Assistant (although I think it does too much) and Autorun Manager (which looks promising).

Hope this helps...

Where's my droid is problematic.

I have used fetchit/ phone finder instead for over a year.

WMD seems to have issued a few updates that makes it lag.
ADFree never worked for me so I uninstalled it and it made it less laggy
Is fast boot checked? That speeds up startup times after a reset.
