what apps are essential on the PH1 if any...

so... for a brand new user of the PH1 are there any essential apps one needs?
for example: a different camera app like the open camera of pixel port
any apps you think one should load on a brand new PH1?

Whitelist your apps via ADB. https://forums.androidcentral.com/essential-phone/832297-making-use-full-screen-apps.html

Install 'Navigation Bar Editor' if you want to remove the bottom navigation in any of your apps. I use it with Google Maps to use as much of the display as possible.

The Google HDR+ camera port is nice but lately I've just been using the Essential camera app in non-HDR mode. The latest update isn't all that bad. Open Camera is good if you want full manual controls or RAW file support.

Anything beyond that is personal preference.

Scratch my suggestion on the whitelist. It looks like NMI20J already includes it. I wasn't aware since I had updated through so many builds and already had it applied.
