What Apps Shouldn't You Move To The SD Card?

I was just wondering what applications you should not move to the SD card? I know that you should not move the launcher (I have ADW Launcher Ex) but I was wondering if you can move the themes? Also, what other apps should you not move?

I don't think themes are a good idea, also, no widgets, and no apps that you want to run on boot. I wouldn't do TitBu on sd, though.

My general rule is anything that I often use and where I would not be okay with a high latency needs to stay on the internal.

It's great for games, seldom accessed apps, study/flashcard apps, etc. But I would avoid moving any system apps, themes where components are accessed as part of your environment, browsers, and any root apps.

You should not move the phone locker app to the sd card.
