What are memory reports in FX file explorer?

I have been using the FX file explorer app on my two Android tablets because several people recommended it and when I tap on the FX app icon, it shows me a folder called memory reports. When I open that folder there are tons of files begin with CC - edges which cannot be opened. Can someone tell me what those files are about and is it okay to delete them?
If so, is there any way I can delete them all at the same time or do I have to painstakingly delete them one at a time? Thanks.
