Update: I reached out via FB Messenger and was contacted by Carolina. I explained the situation via chat and she gave me her # and extension. After talking she asked me to send her the reference numbers of both chats. She needed to talk with her Mgr.
About 30 minutes later she called back and said I could purchase the N8 now as a preorder or buy in store. I chose in store. Too many shipping nightmares here!
I'll go in on Friday, contact Carolina, pay the 99.32 to upgrade and trade in. She will issue a bill credit in that amount right then and there. They can't change the date so they'll issue a credit. She added the notes to my account.
