I am not sure if these are available for them, but I always recommend Tempered Glass Screen Protectors. I bought some from TechArmor and they have a lifetime warranty on them. I dropped my LG G3 one day and it cracked. Luckily, the screen did not crack only the tempered glass screen protector did. I emailed TechArmor and they sent me a new fairly quickly!
