What are the best smartphones for clear voice on phone calls?

I can't hear others and they can't hear me on my LG Tribute. I have only had the phone 7 months. It used to sound good but after a couple of months I have resorted to texting most of the time. The speaker also gives feedback.
I just want to be able to have a normal conversation without screaming and repeating everything.
