The biggest one is that (supposedly) the memory leak is fixed. When apps don't start crashing, that's the difference. (A memory leak is a tiny little programming error that causes a HUGE problem. It's like a tiny little particle of carbide glued to the inside of your eyelid - very small but you'll go blind.) It can actually be caused by one single typo in 10s of millions of lines of code.

For me, it runs a heck of a lot smoother. Still slows to a crawl with Facebook and chrome but Dolphin browser and Facebook lite cures that.
