What are the technic for applock development?

[Android Central Question]

Hi all,

So far I know two ways in making applock
1. Using home launcher
2. Using usage status if any locked app is on the foreground and launching a full screen activity.

But the first can be bypassed and the second method is not allowed in the latest android systems
