What are the things needed to block the IMEI of my phone??

I've been hold up, and they got my phone and wallet where my receipts of my ASUS zenfone 2 laserZE 550KL is in there??? Please i need your help

Call your service provider and let them know it's stolen. They'll put the IMEI on the official blacklist.
