What are you spending your $25 Google Play money on?

I got few online magazines so far, I don't wanna put money on games, looking forward to spend more on magazine deals

So far only a couple 'good' purchases. I bought the 2 Hunger Games books(the third isn't in the store). I purchased Riptide GP also, that was a good purchase.

The rest were wastes of my money. I had Dead Trigger already, and I tried to purchase 40k cash ($0.99) but the in-store purchase crashed and it took my money and never gave me the cash. So BS. Then I wanted to watch Marvel's The Avengers, and keep in mind I've been drugged up because of pneumonia for a while. I searched for it and found a movie, so I bought it ($2.99), and I went to watch it and noticed it was some random 1998 movie.. Thankfully I read Google's refund policy and if I hadn't activated/started watching it they'd refund me, so I'm waiting on that(been waiting, days).

I then bought "Demolition Inc. HD", to find out that I needed to buy "Demolition Inc. THD". So messed up. Unfortunately I didn't catch that until after the 15 minutes(of course -_-). I emailed them asking for a refund. Haven't even installed it. That was $1.99.

So $4.97 of my credit was botched so far. -_-

Plus I doubt I'll see the $0.99 that the in-app purchase stole from me. -_-

Bought a virus protector, Aldiko book reader so that I could upload and organise my large collection, a pinball game, loi live wallpaper, and a mahjongg game.

Music, and more music. I don't play games on my phone and use amazon for movies, magazines, and books.

Ok, This is weird, I picked up a nexus on the 1st day we got it (I work at staples) been loving it, read this topic and was at work reading it on nexus phone downloaded the app installed it opened google prepaid, it gave me $10 dollars. (I belive w/ the purchase of a nexus they gave you $10? maybe im wrong) but anyway.

I come home open the app on my nexus 7 put in password etc, add the prepaid card, and still only $10? what happened to the $25 that I should get?

also the app is very buggy on my 7, it is lagging up as soon as I added my account info, force stopped it opened it and wont go past initializing your device? I cant remove it only disable it so I cannot uninstall it unless there is another way?

You received a $25 "playstore" credit not a pre-paid credit card. Try and buy an app you will understand then. As for Google wallet I received $10 for first opening the account and I spent it but now after buying the Nexus7 I am back up to $10 on my Google pre-paid card. Anyone else have this happen?

Didn't know we needed virus protection for the tab (this is my first), but I guess it would be as vulnerable as a computer since it is one. Hmmmm.

Dark Knight Rises is wonderful!! Next purchase was Max Payne haven't played it yet.

I bought Instapaper and then immediately uninstalled it. I use Pocket. I just wanted Arment to know Android folk buy apps, even if it is out of spite.

I bought full versions of all that interface stuff... Settled on Nova.

I bought licenses to BeyondPod, d7, and things. I may have bought my BeyondPod license beforehand, I forget. Was Tablet Talk a paid app?

One major purchase I made today was for Copy Text. Worth every cent. An Apple devotee messed up my Google+ account so I deleted it to start afresh. Though I lost some things that I had written that I wanted back, but had considered gone for good... But due to some weird caching issue, I was able to view these old posts on the phone but not edit, share, nor select/copy the text after creating a new Google+ account.

Using Copy Text's amazing OCR, I was able to get all of these posts back in a raw format and continue on my way. I see this application as being incredibly useful as a text manipulation tool from here on out.

TL;DR: Fsck Instapaper, go GUI hacking, yay for BeyondPod, thank whoever for Copy Text, and my gratitude for a $25 Play Store balance.

Love it, I may do the same. If only you could send a note to the developer with the payment.

I've only bought Reddit Sync Pro for now. I'm going to keep the remaining money for apps I find along the way that I just can't live without. Well, that's the plan.

So far only Paper Land Wallpaper. Thinking I should get Tapatalk, since I'm using these forums from my N7 right now. I will try to be patient and wait for things I really want. I purchased a lot of paid apps during Google's 10 day 10 cent sale. Also envision books, movies, and music being high on my priority list.

Mass Effect 3 is sweet on N7.
But I'm gonna cop my first eBook with my $25. :)

Just wanted to note that this $25 credit does expire in about a year if you don't use it all by the end of next June, so don't save it forever!

From the google play email:

"The CA$25.00 balance can be used for purchases on Google Play through June 30, 2013."

Bought PrintHand and Tablet Talk apps so far @ $8 lol
