What are you spending your $25 Google Play money on?

Love it, I may do the same. If only you could send a note to the developer with the payment.

The Nexus 7 is a very good implementation of a form-factor that I don?t really like, running an OS I don?t really like, that?s optimized for services I don?t use, and doesn?t run many of the apps I want.

- Marco Arment

I am regretting my spite-purchase... I bought a few more apps today from my own pocket for functionality I love, on a device I adore, as an apology for my misguided efforts in irony.

It was silly of me to battle an iOS devotee, however opaquely, when I could have spent the money on honest Android development. Lesson learned.

Wow. My best friend pretty much called me an Apple fangirl not long ago, yet that post makes me glad not to support such a close-minded dev. I'll likely be using both OS's from now so cross compatibility is key, and all I really miss is Tweetbot.

I completely respect Arment, he has very interesting/valid/honest viewpoints regarding the economics surrounding this new world of application development, but to hand off his darling to a third party and treat Android like an experiment/toy I find irritating at best and nauseating at worst.

The developers behind Pocket don't seem to take this attitude and treat Android like a first class citizen in this realm. I would eagerly pay them for the service, and wish they would allow me to do so: it would 'feel' better.

I will continue to sway people away from Instapaper if I can, simply because the developer (or his proxy) don't seem to like us all that much.

What would be your choice on a podcasting app? I am using the basic version of Beyon Pod right now, but Doggcatcher looks nice. I don't want to waste any of my $25!

I think I'm going to spend some of mine on a QuickOffice or Docs to Go. I want to try and use this tablet for productivity and see how that works out.

So far, I've bought Zombie Run, File Expert, Lightflow, and Nova Launcher Pro.

I didn't get 25 bucks for some reason.. I pre-ordered from future shop, signed up for google pay, and it wasn't there, didn't even get the free 10 dollars people were talking about.

So far Splashtop Remote Desktop HD (a MUST HAVE for this tablet), Apps2zip and waiting for Chameleon to get released for the rest of the $$$ well spent.

Tapatalk, TuneSync, and PdaNet Tablet, and so far I'm very pleased with my purchases.

So far only a couple 'good' purchases. I bought the 2 Hunger Games books(the third isn't in the store). I purchased Riptide GP also, that was a good purchase.

That's too bad you can't get the last Hunger Games book, I wonder what happened. I bought all three before I got the N7 on another device. It's such a good series I couldn't wait.

On the subject, I've only bought a couple of low-priced books a app and a low-priced movie. I thinkI still have about $15.00 left. I'm trying to stretch this out a far as I can LOL!!
