What backup app gets everything including settings?

On my Droid X, I'm looking for a backup app that will backup everything, even down to the size and position of icons on my home pages, power management settings, screen brightness...everything. Basically, you could start up a replacement device, restore from this backup, end it would all work. Does an app exist that does this?

titanium backup does this i believe (for apps anyway), but only if you are rooted. other than that, most settings are saved on the device; saved for the individual apps that let you back ups app settings to the sd card

You need to be rooted. I use backup pro and it backs all my apps with keys. All my phone info stuff emai, messages settings. And I use launcher pro which saves my set up to the sd card. Just the Widgets meed to be replaced.
