What can I do? Help please!

I have an OnePlus one android and I'm having a hard time with it. It keeps turning off when it has around 26-35% of battery. And I can't turn it on back until I put it at the charger. Every time it happens, I notived that when I turn my phone, I get a picture of the Pandora radio logo in my gallery. It happens either twice or multiple times a day. Could anybody help me plz? I don't know if it's the battery or a bug with the software or something like that.

Pretty weird. Do you have Pandora installed? Uninstall it. I'd almost go factory reset on this one... Then correct OnePlus, even though their support sucks.

1. Lithium batteries shouldn't regularly be discharged down below 40%.

2. I suspect that your battery might have a dendrite (read Lithium Battery Dendrite links for more than you ever wanted to know).
