What case if any have you ordered already?

I just received this case (ordered it from Amazon over the weekend). Of course, I don't have the phone yet so not sure how well I will like it. It does look pretty neat though.

Already have the Spigen Neo Hybrid. I'm still thinking about ordering a Spigen Thin Fit. It's good to have choices... and I usually don't like the first one, but this Neo Hybrid does look very nice in my hands right now.

I got that same one in shiny black. I decided to send it back already. LOL. I thought it looked fantastic but the tpu back with pattern seemed a lot slicker to the touch than I thought it would based on the pictures.

UAG for me. Always. Best cases IMO.

Yea, I'm going to order the Rust and Citron Green UAG cases for the Midnight black S8 +

I hope they come out with the Midnight Monarch for the S8 + like they did for the iPhone.

Here's my iPhone 7 Plus in the Midnight Monarch case.blac0000.jpgblac000.jpg

The Samsung S View and LED are on Pre Order. Mainly use the S View now for my S7 Edge. Also purchased a few more from ebay for occasional usage.

Here's what I'm going with for now. Maybe a defender and something from Spigen later.

I'm still debating on whether to get a cheap case for now or just splurge on an otterbox. I always get a cheap case in the beginning, but maybe a month in I end up getting an otterbox and just sticking with that one case.

Notice that due to the curved edges no way to protect the display adequately, but is what it does is.

I'm a big fan of minimalistic cases. I don't like any additional thickness or weight or anything. My favorite brand/style is Diztronic. They usually put out a basic matte black case for pretty much every phone there is. It's super thin, super light, it's flexible but not filmsy feeling. I'm not someone who drops phones like at all, so scratch protection is really all I need, and their cases are perfect for that.

That being said, it looks like they've yet to make an S8+ case, so I'm getting this one for the time being: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU5751839

It seems like a good approximation of what a Diztronic brand case would be like.

I usually get Spigen but holding off because my last three upgrades I was able to get them included.

Have you ever used a phone with a curved screen? My guess is no. Case manufacturers have figured out how to adequately protect these things years ago, such that only a screen-down drop onto a convex surface would impact the screen. But then again, that would impact a flat screened phone too.
