What case is Compatible with the Vehicle Dock?

I currently have a Motolrola original case. Its not that thick but I'm not sure if it fits with the Vehicle Dock I want to purchase. Is there a case that fits the Vehicle Dock and which one?

I use a mildly modded Incipio Feather - a little razor knife and dremeling action and it works perfectly in the dock, and and doesn't look bad. I never found a case that would work with the dock out of the box.

I was able to get some of the ruggedized battery cover doors that Motorola didn't release. You can find one or more places from overseas that sell it, and on ebay.

It fits the car dock when you remove the insert.
