Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Since I got the majority of my cases so cheap, I was gonna sell whatever I don't want. If this thing is truly defective, I won't open it and just send it back. Don't wanna pass along a problem to someone else.

No problem. But check my post below with pics. I got it on finally just don't like how my hands can feel certain parts of the case. I mean yours might be fine. Might just be mine. But I would give it a shot to see if you can feel the edges also. Other than that it's a beautiful case. So even tho I don't like the feel of the edges of parts of the case, I can learn to live with it. So I'm keeping it.

Good deal. Is there a lip to keep the screen from touching when face down? On the S8, the Ringke Fusion doesn't come to the front enough. Screen definitely touches the table.

Yes both top and bottom has a lip. Doesn't touch table. Hope this pic turns out good enough for you to see lol. You should be able to click on pic to get better view.

You know what sucks? This beautiful case doesn't fit my note8 right. First ringke case I've had problem with. The case on the side where power button doesn't want to connect right. And the bottom area also.

Lol I'm sorry. It the ringke blue wave case. I might just have bad one. I finally got it on but check some of pics on past post below and you will see what I don't like. Yours might be fine.

You realize it's a 2 piece case right? Just separate the hard plastic from the soft for cleaning.

The dark grey Samsung Alcantara case is really nice. Minimal size and feels great. And it does not effect wireless charging.

Yep, I know. I've had a similar case like that before where the seams would keep collecting dust and lint. I didn't like how frequent I had to take it apart and clean it. I just feel I shouldn't be maintaining the cleanliness of the case that often.

I ordered the Spigen Note 8 Liquid Crystal Glitter (Crystal Quartz) case with some Neo Flex screen savers. They arrived today so I am all set to get my phone a week from now. The case is actually quite nice and not tacky looking at all. My blue Note 8 will show through nicely with just subtle sparkle. One thing that surprised me was when I put an old cellphone (BB DTEK 50) into the Note 8 case, the Note 8 was not a heck of lot bigger than my old DTEK 50. It was about the same width and maybe 1/2 taller. Very manageable in the size department.
