What could cause "operation failure" message

I keep getting the following error message primarily when in call (rotating phone from vertical to horizontal to use keypad) operation failure should be 122880 245760 but is 122880 806400!
Don't know what it is related to if anything. Running Xionia kernel 013 on vd. May be touch screen related.

I bet it is overclock widget... I have it setup to change speeds on screen blackout.. Will disable and reports back if errors persist.
